Play fair. Respect others. Keep the game healthy.

General Rules

  1. You may not use cheats, automated software, hacks, or any type of unauthorized third-party software designed to modify client behavior (especially to gain an advantage) unless authorized by Aion America Management.
  2. You may not use or exploit any type of glitch, bug or unintended feature for personal gain. Do not encourage or inform other users of abusable bugs. Report bugs directly to staff.
  3. Note:: If you believe a bug is too game breaking to be reported openly you can PM it directly to administrators or senior staff.
  4. Multi-boxing abuse: Using multiple clients to exploit mechanics (arena benefits, siege medals/GP as freekill, standing on a secondary account without participation) is punishable. Secondary accounts may be jailed/banned; main account may lose Glory Points; repeat offenses may lead to permanent blocks. (Applied without warning.)
  5. You may not propagate rumors and slander about the server or staff.
  6. Respect others’ rights to play and enjoy the game. Do not defraud, harass or threaten players.
  7. You may not impersonate any staff member.
  8. You may not modify any part of the client without permission from staff.
  9. You may not organize or participate in groups based on racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other hate philosophies.
  10. No spam in-game, including trade spam.
  11. Do not beg for items/kinah.
  12. Scamming players is strictly prohibited.
  13. No advertising of any other Aion private server.
  14. Spawn-camping: Killing at obelisks is allowed, but excessive spawn camping that stops others from playing is not permitted. Staff may intervene.
  15. You are responsible for your account information. Staff will never ask for your password. Compromised accounts are the owner’s responsibility.
  16. We strongly recommend not sharing your account information with anyone. If you do, we cannot compensate if your account is stolen.
  17. Visiting sites providing dubious/illegal content can infect your computer even without downloading files.

Discord Rules

  1. Please respect all people in the Discord server.
  2. Do not impersonate staff (this can lead to a permanent ban from Discord).
  3. Contact Moderators/Administrators/Supporters for support only.
  4. No racism or inappropriate content such as violence, pornography, nudity, etc.
  5. If your behavior is not appropriate, staff may mute/kick/ban even if not explicitly listed above (without warning).

Tips

  • Use strong passwords and enable 2FA where available.
  • Report bugs and exploits privately to staff.
  • If you believe a punishment is incorrect, contact staff respectfully with details.

Reporting & Enforcement

Staff may investigate logs and take action to protect the game and community. Penalties can include warnings, mutes, jail time, removal of rewards, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on severity and history.
